Thank you for supporting Paintball Royale: Concept Series!

Concept Series Preorders

Paintball Royale: Concept Series products are currently being offered as preorder products. Your preorder reserves your products from our initial production run.

Preorder products are not available for immediate shipment.

Production will begin following the preorder period. We will provide updates as the Concept Series moves through production and toward fulfillment.

Production

Production timelines may vary based on manufacturing, quality control, freight, customs, and other factors outside of our direct control.

Any estimated production or fulfillment dates are provided in good faith and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

We will keep customers updated regarding significant changes to the anticipated production and fulfillment schedule.

U.S. Shipping

Once inventory arrives at our fulfillment location and your order is ready for fulfillment, orders will typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the order.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Carrier transit times begin after the order has been produced, received by Paintball Royale, and transferred to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

Paintball Royale currently ships to select international destinations.

International shipping rates displayed at checkout are based on the destination and shipment weight.

International Orders Over $400 USD

Some international shipping services available to Paintball Royale have a maximum shipment value of $400 USD.

As a result, international orders with a merchandise value over $400 USD may require a different international carrier or shipping service than the rate initially displayed at checkout.

If an international order over $400 USD requires additional shipping charges, Paintball Royale will contact the customer before the order ships with the available shipping options and any additional shipping cost.

We will not ship the order using a higher-cost service without first contacting the customer regarding the additional shipping charge.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other fees imposed by the destination country or carrier.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Paintball Royale unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

Any such charges assessed upon import or delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

International customers are also responsible for complying with any import requirements applicable in their destination country.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple preorder products may be shipped together once all products in the order are available.

Paintball Royale may divide an order into multiple shipments when necessary for packaging, carrier, customs, or fulfillment purposes.

Address Changes

If your shipping address changes before your preorder ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or a shipping label has been created.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Production & Shipping Delays

Because Concept Series products are preorder products, manufacturing and shipping schedules are estimates.

Delays may occur due to manufacturing, quality control, freight transportation, customs processing, weather, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside of Paintball Royale's control.

Large U.S. Orders

Large or bulk orders may exceed the size or weight limits available through our standard checkout shipping options. If no shipping option is available at checkout, please contact Paintball Royale for a custom shipping quote.
