Concept Series Preorders — Final Sale
All Paintball Royale: Concept Series preorder products are final sale.
Concept Series inventory and production quantities are planned and allocated based on preorder demand. Because of this, Concept Series preorder orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or where Paintball Royale is unable to fulfill the order.
This policy also applies to orders placed using a discount code, promotional code, team code, affiliate code, referral code, or other promotional offer.
Placing an order reserves product from the applicable production run and constitutes acceptance of our preorder, shipping, cancellation, and refund policies.
Nothing in this Final Sale policy limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
International Orders Over $400 USD
Certain international shipping services available to Paintball Royale have a maximum shipment value of $400 USD.
Because of this limitation, international orders over $400 USD may require a different carrier or shipping service than the shipping rate initially displayed and paid at checkout.
By placing an international order over $400 USD, the customer acknowledges that an additional shipping charge may be required before the order can be shipped.
If additional shipping is required, Paintball Royale will contact the customer with the available shipping option and the additional shipping amount due before shipment.
The shipping amount collected during the original checkout does not necessarily include an additional shipping amount that becomes necessary because of international carrier value, size, weight, destination, or service limitations disclosed in our Shipping Policy.
Unpaid Additional International Shipping
If additional international shipping is required, the order may be placed on hold until the required additional shipping amount is paid.
A customer's refusal or failure to pay an additional shipping charge does not, by itself, automatically cancel the order or create a contractual right to a refund.
Paintball Royale will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer and resolve the additional shipping requirement.
If the required additional shipping amount remains unpaid, Paintball Royale may continue to hold the order for a reasonable period while attempting to resolve fulfillment, or may cancel the order and issue any refund required under this policy or applicable law.
Paintball Royale will not hold payment indefinitely for an order that cannot legally or practically be fulfilled. If applicable law requires cancellation or a refund because an order cannot be shipped within the applicable timeframe, Paintball Royale will comply with those requirements.
Production or Fulfillment Delays
Concept Series products are preorder products and are not available for immediate shipment.
Estimated production, arrival, and fulfillment dates are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, quality control, freight, customs, carrier operations, and other circumstances outside Paintball Royale's control.
If Paintball Royale is unable to ship an order within the timeframe required by applicable law, customers will be provided any notice, delay option, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
A Concept Series product being designated Final Sale does not eliminate any cancellation or refund right that applicable law requires because of a delayed or unfulfilled shipment.
Team, Affiliate & Referral Orders
The use of a team, affiliate, referral, discount, or promotional code does not change the customer's obligations under this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy or our Shipping Policy.
Team, affiliate, and referral credit is not considered earned or final merely because an order has been placed or payment has been processed.
Credit is earned only from qualifying completed sales under the applicable Paintball Royale team, affiliate, or referral program.
Orders that are canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, unpaid, or otherwise not successfully completed or fulfilled may be excluded from qualifying sales.
Paintball Royale reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or remove team, affiliate, referral, reward, or promotional credit associated with an order that does not qualify.
This includes an international order that cannot be fulfilled because a required additional shipping charge is not paid and the order is subsequently canceled or refunded.
Returns on Non-Concept Series Products
Unless otherwise identified as Final Sale, eligible non-Concept Series products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused;
- Unopened;
- In the same condition in which it was received;
- In its original packaging; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Approved returns must be sent according to the return instructions provided by Paintball Royale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error by Paintball Royale or applicable law requires otherwise.
Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law:
- Paintball Royale: Concept Series preorder products;
- Opened card products or other opened sealed products;
- Final Sale items;
- Gift cards;
- Custom, personalized, or special-order products; and
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse, improper storage, modification, or improper handling.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at paintballroyaletcg@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and photographs of the product and shipping packaging when applicable so we can evaluate the issue.
If Paintball Royale determines that an item was damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
For eligible non-Final-Sale products, the simplest method is generally to request a return and, after the return is approved, place a separate order for the desired product.
Concept Series Final Sale products are not eligible for exchanges, except where required by applicable law or where Paintball Royale approves an exchange to resolve a damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable after an order has shipped, except where required by applicable law or when a refund results from an error by Paintball Royale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns unless otherwise stated by Paintball Royale or required by applicable law.
International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, VAT/GST, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other destination-country or carrier charges, as further described in our Shipping Policy.
Charges paid directly to a government agency, customs authority, carrier, broker, or other third party generally cannot be refunded by Paintball Royale.
Approved Refunds
If a return or refund is approved, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after we process a refund for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed after we confirm that a refund was issued, please contact us at paintballroyaletcg@gmail.com.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact Paintball Royale at paintballroyaletcg@gmail.com so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not change the terms of this policy or our Shipping Policy.
Paintball Royale reserves the right to provide applicable order information, policies, customer communications, tracking information, delivery records, and other relevant documentation to payment processors, banks, or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.
Any team, affiliate, referral, reward, or promotional credit associated with a disputed or charged-back transaction may be withheld or reversed.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any refund, cancellation, warranty, shipping-delay, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
